Always let the customer read the amount or check it again yourself to detect keystroke errors before completing the card payment.Always compare the signature on the receipt with the signature on the card. Please check the validity period of the card based on the card embossing. If only one date is indicated, the card is valid until this date.Use the UV security features on credit cards - if no UV security features are visible under UV light, the credit card is most likely counterfeit.Make sure that your customers can enter their PIN/secret number undisturbed and unobserved.Avoid keeping card receipts or card data as far as possible. The triggering of the security technology is indicated by the display message "Alert Irruption!", further use is not possible.
Please note:Only operate your terminal with the original power supply unit. If you attempt to open the terminal housing, the integrated electronics will be destroyed and all sales will be deleted.
Notes on payment transaction security
