Complaints regarding your rights and obligations as a payment service user will generally be answered in writing within 15 working days after receipt of the complaint. The final response will be provided no later than 35 working days after the complaint is received.

European Online Dispute Resolution Platform
The European Commission has set up an online platform for out-of-court dispute resolution, which can be accessed at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main. The platform allows a consumer to settle a dispute with an EU-based company outside of court.
