How can I view my contract?
To view your contract, you can refer to the personal documents that were sent to you either by post or by e-mail.

Where can I find my contract details such as term and notice period?
Information on your contract term and notice period can be found in your contract documents, which were sent to you by post at the start of the contractual relationship. Please check these documents for the relevant details.

Please note that the contract is automatically extended by 12 months if it is not terminated 3 months before expiry.
What services are included in my contract?

How can I adjust my contract conditions?

Where can I find which customer numbers?

In the stationary business, there is the terminal ID, the CC number and the customer number.
The terminal ID refers purely to a card terminal, it is device-related. You will find this number on every receipt printout and usually on a sticker on your device. If you have several devices in use, you will have several terminal IDs.
The VU number (contract company number) is a unique identification number for a company in a contract. You can find this number on your credit card statement or on your transaction statement.
The customer number is a unique identification number for customers in an accounting system. You can find this number on the monthly statement from the card terminal.
Which payment methods are available to me for contract payments?
As a rule, you can use the SEPA direct debit procedure to pay your invoice.
If you prefer or require a different payment method, alternative options are available in exceptional cases. Please contact our Supportwho will be happy to help you and discuss the available payment options with you.
What specific information do I need about fees and the availability of new payment methods?

Are there any additional fees or costs that I should be aware of?

Can I transfer my contract to someone else?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer your existing contract directly to another person. However, to take out a new contract, we recommend that you contact our sales team who can help you with this.

How can I get a copy of our credit card payment contract?
To receive a copy of your credit card payment agreement, please fill out our Contact form form.
