Tap to Pay on iPhone with PAYONE TAP ON MOBILE

To enable your Android smartphone or iPhone to accept contactless payments, you must first install the PAYONE TAP ON MOBILE app. This is your installation guide with all the information on the basic functions of the PAYONE TAP ON MOBILE app for a smooth start.

1. Registration via the online portal
After ordering the PAYONE TAP ON MOBILE app and successfully signing the contract, you will receive a welcome message by e-mail from no-reply@worldline-solutions.com.
Please confirm your registration by clicking on the "Confirm registration" button.
Enter your email address and the generated code.
Set a password and confirm this by clicking on "Register".
To the online portal
Please note:
The access data created will be used as login data for the online portal. You will need this account to register your mobile device for PAYONE Tap on Mobile (see step 4).
2. Installation of the PAYONE TAP ON MOBILE app
Download the app on your iPhone, an iPhone XS or newer, with the latest version of iOS or Android smartphone from Android 11.0.
Please note
To enable your smartphone to accept contactless payments, you will be asked to grant the relevant authorizations when you install our app. These authorizations are required to secure the transaction process in accordance with the requirements of the Payment Schemes and PCI SSC (Payment Card Industry).
3. Registration of your device
The PAYONE TAP ON MOBILE app will ask you to register your device. To do this, you need the PAYONE TAP ON MOBILE app and the online portal.
In the PAYONE TAP ON MOBILE app, select the "Continue" option to start the registration process and copy the one-time code displayed in the app.
Log in to the online portal with your e-mail address and password https://payone-de.softpos.eu . First select "Terminals" and then a terminal with the status "available" and then tap on the arrow " ".
Select "Registration".
Enter the one-time code displayed in your PAYONE TAP ON MOBILE app and select "Find registration".
Confirm the registration.
A one-time code will now be displayed in the online portal. Enter this code in your PAYONE TAP ON MOBILE app to verify the registration and confirm this by clicking the "Continue" button
4. Completing the setup of your PAYONE TAP ON MOBILE app
Complete the app setup by setting a security code.
Set a device security code for your PAYONE TAP ON MOBILE app.
Unlock your app.
