2.1 Prerequisites
Your terminal will be handed over to you already configured by PAYONE. For the data transfer from your LAN to the Internet, to our authorization computer, normally no login is necessary. If special settings (e.g. fixed IP addresses) are required, please contact our customer service, who will make the settings in cooperation with the network administrator (cashier).
Please note:If the terminal needs to be replaced, it is important that our customer service knows the special settings. You will need the IP address and port number of the terminal for the cash register connection.
2.2 Determine the IP address and port number of the terminal
The cash register operator can set up a cash register connection with the determined IP address and I/O port number of the terminal and register the terminal.
