CORINNA VALENTINE BECOMES NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER OF PAYONE

Worldline, a leading global provider of payment services, and the DSV Group, the Payment Competence Center of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, have appointed Corinna Dorothee Valentine (55) - subject to formal approval by the supervisory authorities - as the new member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of their joint venture PAYONE with effect from October 1, 2024. She succeeds Frank Hartmann, who is currently a member of the Management Board and CFO of PAYONE.

Corinna Valentine, a business graduate and certified accountant (ACA), began her career in 1994 at the auditing firm KPMG in Cardiff and subsequently supported the successful integration of the London and Frankfurt audit functions at Kleinwort Benson in London as manager of the internal audit banking team following the merger of Dresdner Bank and Kleinwort Benson. Her further career path led her to the global financial services provider and specialist for investment and pension solutions Fidelity International (FIL) in 1999, where she successfully held various key positions at European and non-European level. in 2014, she was appointed CFO of the German subsidiary - with overall responsibility for the Finance department in Germany - and joined the German Management Committee. in 2018, she took on the additional position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) in Germany and in this role, in addition to setting up a data management team, was the driving force behind the establishment of a "Change Forum" with the aim of strengthening both the financial and risk-related transparency of change initiatives, making optimal use of financial resources and professionalizing project management. In addition to these tasks, she was a member of various global change and leadership steering committees.

In her new role at PAYONE, Corinna Valentine will be responsible for all departments previously managed by Frank Hartmann. In addition to the further development of the financial strategy and active performance management, Corinna Valentine will focus on risk management and the integration of regulatory and non-financial key figures, which are becoming increasingly important.
