With Clearing Service PAYONE collects the money from customers via an escrow account and transfers the total amount in a single payment to the merchant's account. This eliminates the costs associated with bank postings and transaction processing.

Merchants reduce ongoing costs for girocard payments as PAYONE charges only a small transaction fee. Additionally no agreement with the merchant’s bank is required.

The transaction fee for the clearing service amounts to only a few cents per direct debit transaction in addition to the agreed transaction fee. The exact conditions can be found in the current price list or requested directly from PAYONE.
