Customer portal ex Ingenico

To get access to the Customer Portal, visit the portal website, click the "Register" button and follow the steps provided. To register, you will need your customer number (also known as the L-Debtor number) and terminal ID. You can find your customer number on your invoice and the terminal ID on your terminal.

Once you have registered and your access has been activated, you can log in to the portal.

1. Go to the Customer Portal website.

2. Click the "Login" button.

3. Enter the email address and password you previously set.

4. Click "Login" to complete the process.

If you forget your password, click "Forgot password" on the Customer Portal website.

1. Enter the email address linked to your user account and your customer number (L-Debtor number).

2. Confirm that you are a real user by ticking the provided box.

3. Click "Send."

You will immediately receive an email at the registered address. This email contains a confirmation link - click it. After confirming your email address, you will be redirected to the Customer Portal, where you can reset your password.

If you want to change your password, please follow the "Forgot password" process as described above.
