The Billing module provides any required number of billing accounts for each customer. Receivables from individual purchases or subscriptions can be aggregated in one billing account. Each billing account can be settled at a freely customisable date, which will automatically initiate the corresponding payment processes.
You can use the Billing module to aggregate any number of individual purchases within a billing account. An individual purchase represents the entire shopping cart of one purchase transaction, and can therefore include any number of items.
The Billing module can also include refunds in aggregated bills. As a negative position, these will reduce the total amount of the receivables to be settled.
The Contract module offers you to settle recurring payments for periodic services or fees arising from subscriptions in an aggregated invoice. You can settle any number of subscriptions per billing account. The multiple options of the PAYONE Platform allow you to freely create initial and subsequent contract periods, for example, to transmit these with different receivables and to settle them on any date you wish.
Credit card, direct debit and invoice are preferred payment methods used for the Billing module, since the customer does not need to personally confirm recurring transactions. The preferred payment method of a customer is stored in the master data of the customer. This can of course be changed at any time.
